Squarespace, Microsoft, and Google act as data processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR and process data under GDPR-compliant contractual arrangements.

Server locations
Squarespace, Microsoft, and Google may process personal data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.
Where applicable, such processing is safeguarded through:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and

Remote access from outside the EEA
