Server locations

Squarespace, Microsoft, and Google may process personal data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.

Where applicable, such processing is safeguarded through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and

  • additional technical and organizational measures implemented by the service providers.

Remote access from outside the EEA

Individuals supporting the operation of Sectropy may access personal data remotely from locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA), solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the data controller.
