Sectropy is founded by three partners with diverse backgrounds and a shared vision.

We have each spent decades in the software industry, holding responsibility for products, teams, operations, and business outcomes. Our paths are different, but we are aligned in how we think about work. Clients work directly with us, because this is where experience, judgement, and responsibility sit.

Andrija Gramatikovski is a product designer by trade and by heart, with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and managing technology-driven companies, particularly startups. He works at the intersection of product thinking, organisational design, and information security, helping organisations build security and compliance as practical, well-designed systems rather than static documentation.

By applying my product design and entrepreneurial background to transform how security and compliance are managed, I focus on creating approaches that align with real organizational needs and evolve as organizations grow.

Daniel Atanasovski

Daniel Atanasovski is a technology entrepreneur and business owner with a strong track record in software development, digital services, and information security for international businesses. As founder and leader of companies in the IT and digital space, he helps clients leverage modern technology—including expertise in ISO standards, EU regulations, and recent AI services—to grow, optimize operations, build compliant management systems, and integrate AI into governance frameworks.

My personal philosophy centers on efficiency and finding the most effective way to successfully complete every project. I focus on clear goals, lean processes, and practical decisions that ensure high-quality results are delivered on time and with maximum impact.

Slobodan Bozinovski

Managing partner & senior consultant

Slobodan Bozinovski is an executive IT leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience across Germany and international environments. He is known for bringing order to complex situations, connecting stakeholders, setting clear governance, and turning strategy into delivery. His work spans IT leadership, transformation programmes, technical due diligence and M&A support, and building scalable delivery organisations, including nearshore/offshore models. With a strong foundation in project management and controlling, he combines hands-on execution with financial and delivery discipline, complemented by an information security mindset and agile leadership.

Progress comes from ownership. I dive into new domains quickly, take responsibility early, and deliver—bridging strategy and execution without losing momentum.
